    • Her will read as follows:

      "I, Nancy Hall of Shelby Creek, Pike County, State of Kentucky declare this to be my last will and testament. I will bequeath and devise to George W. Hall his heirs and assigns forever all the lower end of this farm where I now live on Shelby Creek including the buildings and up to a marked line as follows beginning at a hickory on top of the grave spur, Thence down the grave spur by the graves to an ash marked near Shelby Creek. Thence crossing said Creek a straight line a cross the bottom to the mouth of a drain; Thence up with the said drain to the back line, also I will that Malon Hall, my husband, retain a home with George W. Hall during his natural life.

      "I will bequeath and devise to Maggie Osborn all the land now owned by me on Shelby Creek, in Pike County State of Kentuckky from the division line up Shelby Creek it being the upper end of the farm from the division line up as set forth in this will also. I will that the said Maggie Osborn collect and have all the debts that are due me at my death after paying all debts that I owe if any, also one red Bed stead with bed and bed clothing thereof. The above land willed is more fully described by deed from Malon Hall to Nancy Hall, recorded in Deed Book No 39, page 330.
